Good-bye Miss Poppy

It’s with a sad heart that I pass along the news that our darling dog, Poppy, crossed the Rainbow Bridge on June 8th.  It was so hard to see her go!  But we knew the time had come and she can now see and hear and have a great time chasing around with her canine brothers Rider and Miles.  Enjoy yourself Miss Popper-Girl our sweetheart dog. You’re now young again.

  1. What a sweet picture! So sorry for your loss. I can never read about someone’s pet crossing the Rainbow Bridge without tearing up, thinking of our own dear cat, Sammy.

  2. Thank you Miriam, It’s never easy to lose one of these “kids” is it? They become such a special part of your life.

  3. So sorry to see you have a pet who has crossed the bridge. Your dog loos so much like mine, and mine is getting up there too. I have no idea how long he will have. So sorry for your loss, but what great memories you must have!

    Dear Cheryl,
It was sad to lose our Poppy, but she had been deaf and blind for several years and suddenly started going down hill. We miss her a lot. Now we have a little puppy named Ozzie who is helping fill the sad place in our hearts with a lot of fun and joy.
