Spring Has Arrived!

Here in Western Washington the cool winter rains seem to have hung on a little longer than usual, but now we’re starting to have sunny warm days so everything’s leafing out and in some cases blooming out!  Mr. Ed’s daffodils are looking smart and the wild trilliums are in bloom too…..  lovely.

Daffodils make me think of sunshine!

Trilliums remind me of Easter and the Resurrection.

The weather today has sort of reversed itself and been a little more winter-like and grey. But these lovely flowers are a reminder that more sunshine is on the way and that spring faithfully arrives at the end of every cold, dreary winter.  What a joy!
